Diversified is seeking a Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to lead scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across all project phases. You’ll coordinate a wide range of stakeholders and drive programs from initiation through closing.

Responsibilities include daily communications, scheduling, directing technicians, managing deliverables, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or ESS
• Strong technical abilities and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience in a client-facing role with professional demeanor
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage project communications, scheduling, and task lists for technicians
• Oversee deliverables from multiple departments and ensure on-time, in-budget completion
• Maintain high client satisfaction and accurate project records
• Interface with client and internal stakeholders to manage expectations
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate design reviews and site documentation
• Facilitate training and turnover of projects to service and sales teams
