Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction across project lifecycles. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, budgets, and documentation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on quality and client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in PM within commercial construction or ESS, strong communication, PMP familiarity, and travel up to 25%. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and settings or experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Strong technical abilities and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a professional demeanor.
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project communications, scheduling, and task lists for technicians across projects.
• Oversee budgets, scope, and client satisfaction from initiation to closing.
• Coordinate drawings, documentation, and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop long-term client relationships and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
