Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Lead ESS Installation Technician to lead on-site technology installations on complex projects. You’ll interpret drawings, coordinate with project management, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

You’ll supervise technicians, manage BOMs, log issues, and enforce safety standards. Strong leadership, hands-on skills, and clear client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large environments.
• Experience supervising others and providing feedback.
• Ability to train others to Diversified standards and review drawings/BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on site.
• Interpret BOMs and ensure required materials are available.
• Maintain project schedule and communicate with Site Supervisor daily.
• Document issues, RFIs, and field changes in One Note.
• Ensure adherence to safety and DIV28 quality standards.
