Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee project scope, schedule, cost, and quality from start to finish. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management in construction or ESS, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 25% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or ESS
• Strong technical abilities and the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience in a client-facing role with a professional demeanor
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required
• Must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ownership for projects within Diversified.
• Coordinate activities to complete projects on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; perform field verification of prospective work sites.
