Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee large-scale security projects from initiation to client handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communications, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet design specs and timelines.

This role requires 5+ years in project management in commercial settings, experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and a solid grasp of PMP, Agile, and CPI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management in commercial construction trades or with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proven ability to follow repeatable processes and participate in CPI to improve workflows and best practices.
• Experience delivering waterfall schedules to a fixed delivery date while monitoring and controlling projects for quality and profitability.
• Strong technical abilities and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a client-facing role with enterprise-level clients.
• Understanding of integrating Agile methodologies within a waterfall program to balance speed and schedule risks.
• Knowledge of PMP methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ESS projects across the lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate teams, ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop schedules and baselines, and communicate impacts to the client clearly.
• Oversee commissioning of security systems, including testing and documentation, ready for handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and effective stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with site supervisor and GC to drive work plans and manage risks.
