Job summary

Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) in the Dallas area.

You will drive scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction from Initiation through closing, with emphasis on clear written and verbal communication to all stakeholders. The role oversees client-site projects, coordinating across internal teams and external personnel to deliver systems integration on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or ESS.
• Solid PMP knowledge and best practices.
• Experience in a client-facing role with professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external vendors to meet milestones.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, meetings and status reports.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to established processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communications.
