Job summary

NBH Bank seeks an Electronic Payments Manager to oversee debit card dispute processing, ACH activities, and leadership of the Electronic Payments team. You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and process improvements to support growth.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Requires active AAP or APRP certification.
• Minimum 5+ years in ACH processing, debit card dispute processing, or debit card support.
• Strong knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA rules.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electronic Payments team with performance management.
• Manage support systems related to debit card dispute processing and GL balancing.
• Partner with clients and associates to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Communicate effectively to motivate and build relationships.
