Job summary

Puttshack in Florida is hiring an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our high-tech mini golf experiences performing at peak. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain game hardware and software, ensuring a fun, safe guest experience across the venue.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, solid electronics skills, and the ability to read schematics. A flexible schedule and strong communication with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools
• Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task
• Must have flexibility to work varied schedules to include days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• This position must pass a post-offer background check.
