• Know the electronic banking services offered and how they work, including benefits and capabilities.
• Pull, review and follow procedures for reports in the Electronic Banking Department.
• Support training of new hires as directed by the manager or Senior Specialist.
• Assist with testing, training and implementation of new products and services.
• Attend required staff meetings and follow security procedures.
