The Concierge serves as the first contact for customers, handles lobby flow, processes basic requests, and supports department needs in Deposit Services. It requires strong communication and organizational skills in a banking setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or front-line banking preferred.
• Ability to learn and use banking software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Identify customer needs and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Manage lobby traffic while maintaining privacy.
• Process basic banking requests for internal and external customers.
• Open and close facility following security procedures.
• Assist customers with lobby coin machine and troubleshoot issues.
• Process check orders and maintain the log.
• Verify incoming wires and distribute daily.
• Distribute BSA related reports daily.
• Download and distribute contact emails and online applications daily.
• Send Deluxe Provent report daily and research discrepancies.
• Review dormant accounts and generate monthly statements.
• Distribute deposit rates weekly and update as needed.
• Process outgoing and incoming check collections when needed.
• Support 55 Connection club via mailings and events.
