Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our Rockford, TN manufacturing team. You will perform electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly, support testing, troubleshoot, and ensure quality and production standards.

In this role you will collaborate with engineers and quality teams, follow detailed work instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics.
• Experience in electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly operations per work instructions and quality standards.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using tools and processes.
• Conduct functional testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to verify performance.
• Support testing procedures in routine and complex environments.
• Identify and resolve routine assembly and test issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor parts, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams for continuous improvement.
