Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician to join our Rockford, TN manufacturing team. You will perform specialized assembly, support testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards in a hands-on, team‑oriented environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality groups to optimize processes, maintain equipment, and meet production goals while following safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, technical procedures, and assembly specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools, specialized assembly equipment, and basic testing instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assembly tasks and production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly operations per work instructions and quality standards.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and processes.
• Conduct functional tests, inspections, and troubleshooting to verify performance.
• Support test procedure planning, execution, and analysis for routine and complex testing.
• Identify and resolve assembly, testing, and manufacturing issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor parts and tools availability to maintain production flow.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Plan daily activities with the team to meet schedules and priorities.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to support continuous improvement.
• Follow safety procedures and quality requirements to maintain a safe production environment.
• Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability.
