Responsibilities

• Perform specialized electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assembly operations per work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using specialized tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct functional testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to verify product performance and identify issues.
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of test procedures in routine and complex testing environments.
• Identify and resolve routine assembly, testing, and manufacturing issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor availability of parts, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain production workflows.
• Operate and maintain specialized assembly equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Plan and organize daily work activities in coordination with team members to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and support continuous improvement.
• Follow established safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and quality requirements to maintain a safe production environment.
