Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow electronic work orders, assembly instructions, product specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic computer skills with ability to navigate production and inventory software systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble consumer electronic products and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Review electronic work orders, assembly documentation, and product specifications using company software systems.
• Retrieve components and materials from inventory locations and stage them for production.
• Perform hand assembly of electronic and mechanical components and soldering operations.
• Follow ESD control procedures to protect sensitive assemblies.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, and material shortages.
