Aerotek is seeking an enthusiastic Assembler for electronics manufacturing in Fremont, CA. This contract-to-hire role involves assembling electronic products, using basic hand tools, following step-by-step instructions, and ensuring builds meet quality standards.

The position offers day or swing shifts, onsite work, and long-term opportunities on a growing manufacturing team with opportunities to advance. Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar work.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Comfortable standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Put together electronic products and parts.
• Use basic hand tools and follow step-by-step instructions.
• Check your work to make sure everything is built correctly.
• Help with simple wiring and cable connections.
• Keep track of production paperwork.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
