Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a meticulous Electronic Assembler for a bench role in Solon, OH. You will solder and assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies on a 7am–3:30pm shift, contributing to high-quality production in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electronic assembly with SMT and through-hole soldering, plus the ability to read blueprints and use small hand tools. This on-site position offers contract-to-hire potential and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in electronic assembly and soldering.
• Proficient in SMT and through-hole soldering.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and assembly drawings.
• Experience with small hand tools.
• Experience in electronics assembly and sub-assembly.

Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components, PCBs, sensors, and meters.
• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering to IPC standards.
• Read blueprints and work orders to assemble sensors and meters.
• Route wires and assemble sub-assemblies into finished products.
• Operate a wave solder machine and other production equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections and go/no-go quality checks.
