Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring Assemblers in Milpitas, CA. The role offers a pay rate of $23.00-$24.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

You will work on assembly and production tasks, reading work orders and schematics to build and test electronic components. Ideal candidates have 1 year of assembly/manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED, and can work safely with hand tools, power tools, and machines.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, schematics, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions
• Position, align, and secure parts using jigs, fixtures, and holding devices
• Assemble electronic components using methods such as crimping, soldering, staking, riveting, welding, bolting, press-fitting, and epoxy bonding
• Mount components onto circuit boards, units, racks, cases, and cabinets
• Install polarized and non-polarized components in designated locations
• Assemble hardware including caps, clamps, knobs, switches, and connectors
• Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulation, sanding, cleaning, curing, stamping, etching, and color-coding
