Kelly in Elgin, IL is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our 2nd shift team building radio towers and telecom equipment.

You will read and interpret written instructions, follow computer-based processes, and work independently or in small, supportive teams, handling components up to 65 lbs with team lift.

Prior electronic assembly experience is required, along with a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative approach to delivering high‑quality results.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($20.50/hr)

What You’ll Do

• Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. – team lift required)
• Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment
• Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly
• Work independently or in small, supportive teams
• Handle intricate electronics and components with exceptional care
