Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler for 1st shift in Middletown, PA. You will solder, wire, and assemble electrical components and terminal blocks using blueprints and diagrams, handling small parts with precision and care to ensure quality and proper connections.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and electronic assembly, can read detailed instructions, and perform repetitive assembly work with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, electronic assembly, or manufacturing assembly.
• Experience working with electrical components and small parts.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, or detailed assembly instructions.
• Comfortable using soldering equipment and hand tools.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform precise, repetitive assembly work.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with previous experience in soldering, wiring, electrical assembly, or electronic component assembly. In this role, you'll assemble electrical components and terminal blocks using blueprints, diagrams, and detailed work instructions. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with small components, using hand tools, and completing precise assembly work where quality and attention to detail are important.

What You'll Do
