Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an Electromechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to maximize uptime. You will support operator training and drive continuous improvement in mechanical and electrical systems across the facility.

The role covers 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 1:00pm–9:30pm, with pay between $35.67/hr and $38.96/hr plus shift differential. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree in Industrial or Electromechanical Maintenance, Robotics, or related field preferred.
• Internal/external certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Interpret and troubleshoot PLC logic.
• Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance per schedule.
• Lead or support continuous improvement activities including PM optimization and NCE initiatives.
• Provide technical training to operators.
