Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Hands-on hourly technical team leader to enable Electro-Mechanical Technicians in safe, effective shift maintenance. You will integrate mechanical, electrical, automation, and packaging expertise with coaching, documentation, and reliability improvement. This role is not a supervisor position.

The second shift runs weekdays, 2pm–10:30pm, with a $9,000 sign-on bonus. Pay ranges from $35.00 to $41.00 per hour, plus a suite of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance technician experience with technical leadership.
• Certifications such as CMRT, CCST, NFPA70E, or Rockwell training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate shift execution.
• Coach technicians in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and commissioning.
• Provide advanced support for power, control and safety circuits and automation systems.
• Oversee shift handovers and ensure effective communication of issues.
