Job summary

Nestlé USA in Solon, OH is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and safety. You will support operator training and contribute to continuous improvement across mechanical and electrical systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, plus a two-year technical degree preferred. You will work 3rd shift, 9:30 pm–6:00 am, with competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment; food industry preferred.
• Industrial electrical/controls experience 1+ year preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret control circuits and ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Follow safety standards including LOTO and all safety permitting.
• Service and repair electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, motors, controls.
• Create follow-up work notifications in SAP.
• Provide operator training and support continuous improvement.
