Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment across our facility. You’ll apply knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, drives and PLCs to keep lines running and safe.

This role emphasizes proactive maintenance, training operators, and driving continuous improvement while respecting Nestlé values and safety standards. The position requires 12-hour shift capability, weekend/overtime readiness, and teamwork across maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, food industry preferred; electrical/controls experience beneficial.
• Understanding of automated equipment and component functionality essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Interpret and troubleshoot basic PLC logic.
• Follow safety standards and maintain documentation in SAP/CMMS.
