Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an Electro Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems in our production plant. The role requires strong maintenance skills, CMMS usage, and a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience. The position includes a 12-hour shift (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule with potential overtime. Pay is approximately $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and a technical maintenance degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical capabilities with hands-on maintenance skills.
• Experience operating CMMS systems and recording maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot factory equipment to reduce downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and optimize equipment reliability.
• Coach operators on process improvements and procedures.
• Document work in the CMMS and review spare parts requirements.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all tasks.
