Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience; food industry preferred.
• Industrial electrical/controls experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Interpret and troubleshoot PLC logic and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per schedule.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
