Job summary
Bath Fitter Corporate in Springfield, TN is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on 2nd shift. You’ll work with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi) and read ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi.
- Read and build ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels.
- Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, relays, timers, thermocouples, and safety systems.
- Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Help keep operations safe, efficient, and running at full speed.
