Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems Incorporated is seeking an electromechanical maintenance technician for our 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment. You will work with PLC-controlled systems and electrical components to maximize uptime and support production goals.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, diagnosing issues with PLC software and test equipment, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred in electro-mechanical or related field.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience, Allen-Bradley preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Knowledge of VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and industrial controls.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, sensors, drives, and motor controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
• Diagnose automation system issues using PLC software and electrical testing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Install, modify, and maintain electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform efficient troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
