Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is hiring for a mid‑level electrical/electronics technician on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00 pm–1:00 am) to diagnose PLC/electronic faults and repair machine controls. You will install and commission controls, work from schematics, and document tasks in the CMMS.

You should have an associate degree and 2–4 years of hands-on experience; a strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; two-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronic control work.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and work with a CMMS system.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose PLC/electrical/electronic control issues and troubleshoot faults.
• Install, commission, and test electrical/electronic controls per schematics.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and perform basic mechanical repairs.
• Disassemble and replace components (brushes, armatures) and mount motors/transformers as needed.
• Interpret drawings or verbal instructions and lay out electrical installations.
• Maintain safety standards and document tasks in CMMS.
