Crystal Finishing Systems in Senatobia, MS is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment with a focus on PLC systems and electrical controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Knowledge of VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and industrial controls.
• Self-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, sensors, drives, and motor controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
• Diagnose automation system issues using PLC software and electrical testing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Install, modify, and maintain electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform efficient troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
