Lasko Products, LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm- 12pm). The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, with strong electrical troubleshooting skills, independence, and a proactive mindset for equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• IEM Technician certification required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production schedules.
• Assist with equipment changeovers, setups, calibrations, and adjustments.
• Install, remove, and service production equipment such as screw guns, tape guns, conveyors, sensors.
• Diagnose and support PLC-controlled systems and communicate actions to leadership.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve reliability and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards.
