Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for the 2nd shift in our Springfield, TN plant. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and work with PLCs to keep production safe and efficient.

This hands-on role requires 4+ years' experience, welding, and the ability to diagnose and fix equipment with minimal supervision. We offer shift pay premiums, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with profit sharing, holidays, PTO, and growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems (120V-480V).
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
• MIG and stick welding experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to problem solve independently.
• Proactive, dependable, and ready to jump in when challenges arise.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi.
• Read and build ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels.
• Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, relays, timers, thermocouples, and safety systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Help keep operations safe, efficient, and running at full speed.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Monday - Friday
