Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electromechanical equipment for big-box retailers within a 3-hour service radius, with overnight travel averaging 2½ weeks per month.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, use hand and power tools, and ensure timely on-site service while communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics for repairs.
• Maintain valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
