Job summary

DOC SERVICES is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to perform preventive and reactive maintenance inside big box retail stores. With 35+ years servicing 1500+ stores across the US, our certified technicians provide support and repairs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.

Technicians work from home, respond to service calls, travel to customer locations, and perform inspections and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or training.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Must read and understand safety regulations related to equipment repair.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable preventive and reactive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate service calls and travel to customer locations.
• Document work using handheld devices and standard forms.
