Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to service and repair a range of light industrial equipment in big box retailers within a 3-hour service radius, with overnight travel about 2.5 weeks per month.

You will troubleshoot electromechanical failures, perform preventative maintenance, and use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
