Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking Field Service Maintenance Technicians (Floater) to perform preventative maintenance and reactive service on electromechanical equipment at big box retailers within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel averaging 2.5 weeks per month.

You will diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, perform repairs, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a flexible schedule and being part of a nationwide service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
