Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking Field Service Maintenance Technicians (Floater) to service and repair electromechanical equipment for big box retailers within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel about 2.5 weeks per month.

You’ll troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and work independently with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of electromechanical experience, read schematics, hold a valid driver's license, and thrive in a flexible, hands-on role

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
