Job summary

DOC SERVICES is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to service and repair equipment in big box retail stores. Technicians operate from a home base and travel to customer sites across our US network, performing preventative and reactive maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or combination of training and experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and call management software.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of equipment.
• Follow OSHA, safety regs and PPE requirements.
• Respond to service calls within customer expectations.
• Document work via handheld device.
• Order parts and maintain inventory.
• Travel to and from customer locations.
