Job summary

DOC SERVICES is seeking an Electromechanical Field Service Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on commercial equipment across a broad retail network. The role requires travel from home to client sites, timely service calls, and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, read schematics, document work on handheld devices, and coordinate parts with the inventory.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE compliance.
• Prior equipment repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Respond to service calls within required timeframes.
• Document all work using handheld device.
• Source parts and maintain inventory for efficient repairs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Travel to customer locations and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure on-time arrival with tools, parts and safety equipment.
