Job summary

We seek Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to meet customer and company expectations, performing reactive, preventative, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related service. You will work from home base, respond to service calls, travel to customer locations, and manage parts and documentation with handheld devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to equipment repair.
• Strong organization, self-motivated, detail oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; proof of insurance.
• Satisfactory background check required.
• Professional appearance and behavior; positive attitude; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable work by maintaining, troubleshooting and servicing equipment.
• Respond to service calls within customer expectations and company requirements.
• Provide documentation via handheld device.
• Order parts and maintain inventory.
• Arrive on-time with tools and safety equipment.
• Travel to and from customer locations.
• Evaluate preventable service problems and educate customers.
• Other duties as needed.
