Job summary

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to service and repair equipment in retail environments across the region.

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems, and ensure compliance with safety protocols on every site. You will travel to customer locations, manage parts and documentation via handheld devices, and coordinate with DSM to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to equipment repair.
• Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record; proof of insurance.
• Satisfactory background check required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment per procedures.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations including PPE.
• Respond to service calls within required timeframes.
• Document all work using handheld device.
• Order parts and manage on-hand inventory.
• Travel to customer locations and arrive prepared.
• Educate customers and recommend improvements.
• Return parts and keep tools organized.
• Other duties as needed.
