Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and call management software.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment.
• Respond to service calls within customer expectations and DOC requirements.
• Document all service work using handheld device.
• Order parts and maintain inventory on hand.
• Travel to customer locations and arrive prepared with tools and safety equipment.
• Evaluate preventable service problems and educate customers as needed.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
