Job summary

DOC SERVICES is seeking Electromechanical Field Service Technicians to maintain and repair equipment in big box retail stores. You will work from home and respond to service calls across assigned regions.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, document work with handheld devices, and order parts as needed. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics; strong electrical/mechanical knowledge.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable repair and servicing of equipment.
• Respond to service calls within required time frames.
• Document work using handheld devices and reports.
• Order parts and manage inventory.
• Travel to customer locations and work independently.
• Maintain safety and PPE per OSHA and company rules.
