Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an Electromechanical Designer to create and validate drawings and 3D models for cooling systems. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and documentation accuracy, delivering reliable thermal solutions for data-center applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for assemblies and drawings.
• Strong 2D CAD for detailed manufacturing drawings.
• 2–4 years in mechanical and electrical design in manufacturing settings.
• Understanding of manufacturing practices and fabrication
• Comfort on the shop floor and office environments
• Experience with PDM systems (SolidWorks PDM, Vault, Windchill)

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical design, cable routing, wireways, and 2D schematics.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing engineers.
• Create complex 3D models of assemblies and components.
• Drive sheet metal design using SolidWorks and industry best practices.
• Produce manufacturing packages with detailed drawings and docs.
• Ensure documentation accuracy across disciplines and revisions.
• Manage design data and engineering changes with BOM control.
