Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Designer to create blueprints, drawings, and 3D models for HVAC systems and components. You will collaborate with the engineering team to develop production manuals and ensure accurate manufacturing documentation for reliable thermal cooling solutions.

The role emphasizes modeling complex assemblies in SolidWorks, maintaining design data, and supporting documentation across disciplines while working on site at our Maple Grove, MN campus.

Qualifications

• Experience creating blueprints, drawings, and 3D models for HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D modeling of HVAC equipment, assemblies, and components ensuring manufacturability and performance.
• Drive sheet metal design using SolidWorks and guide modeling standards.
• Approve complete manufacturing packages with shop drawings and fabrication docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges and ensure accurate docs.
