Electro Mechanical Technician 2 - 1st Shift Ripon, WI

Standard Work Hours:

1st Shift M-Th 5am-3pm

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $35.90 to $40.03, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits.
  2. Read and interpret schematics or blueprints for installing electrical and electronic controls.
  3. Perform basic mechanical repairs and electrical machinery maintenance.
  4. Install, test, and repair electrical equipment, ensuring safety and performance standards.
  5. Lead and oversee work of lower classifications as needed.
  6. Perform layout, assembly, and installation of electrical fixtures and wiring.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  2. Ability to use a computer for parts search and work entry into CMMS.
  3. Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
  4. Experience in designing minor electrical circuits and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  5. Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing long periods, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending.
  • Passing a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
