Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing, troubleshoot equipment, and perform preventive maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on the plant floor.

3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am with a $2.25 shift differential and a $9,000 sign-on bonus. The job involves using SAP/Prometheus for data entry and close work orders with strong emphasis on food safety and GMP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Level 2: associate degree or technical certificate in industrial maintenance or related field; 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve complex equipment with electrical, electronic, instrumentation, automation and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose failures, restore equipment, and communicate risks to leadership.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance to quality standards.
• Assist with parts-purchase requests, installation, testing, line improvements and other tasks.
• Support operators with conditioning and skill development; follow site safety rules.
