Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a hands-on hourly technical team leader to enable Electro‑Mechanical Technicians on the second shift (2pm–10:30pm). The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and capability development, with a $9,000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $35.00–$41.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience: Three to five years of experience as a maintenance technician, including technical leadership experience.
• Certifications: CMRT, CCST, NFPA 70E, Rockwell Automation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and coordinate shift work.
• Lead complex breakdown response and establish safe conditions.
• Coach technicians during troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Provide advanced support for electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
• Audit work orders and support maintenance optimization and spare-parts strategy.
• Capture end-of-shift metrics and participate in shift handover.
