Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions is partnering with a Fortune 500 corrugated packaging manufacturer to hire an electro-mechanical expert for a third shift in Cheswick, PA. You will diagnose PLC hardware, read electrical prints, rebuild gearboxes, and keep converting lines running.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and MIG welding capability. A technical degree is preferred and training paths from B/A to AA are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multicraft industrial maintenance (Maintenance B level or higher).
• Strong electrical foundation: meters; troubleshooting control, single phase, and 480V three phase.
• Read electrical/mechanical prints and schematics; diagnose motors, relays, and related components.
• PLC hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Welding: MIG required; MIG + stick preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep corrugated converting equipment running: Flexo Folder Gluers, conveyors, and gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults across 0–24V to 480V three-phase power.
• Read prints/schematics, diagnose motors, relays, and components; engage vendors for changes.
• Rebuild bearings, shafts, seals, gearboxes, and conveyor systems; service pumps and hydraulics.
• Weld and fabricate using MIG (required) and stick (preferred).
