Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Pennsylvania is seeking an Electrical Technician to maintain and repair electrical systems on the 3rd shift, troubleshooting motors, drives, PLCs, and production equipment while performing preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.

This role requires completion of a 16-month course, experience in corrugated manufacturing preferred, and strong CMMS/readiness with schematics and blueprints. Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a 16‑month course at an accredited university required.
Corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
Safety sensitive position with alertness and safe conduct.
Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
Ability to read and understand machine part lists, PM manuals, schematics and blueprints.
Proficient CMMS skills and strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of machinery and electrical equipment by performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production machines.
Troubleshoot electrical issues with production personnel and vendors.
Coordinate with outside contractors and OEMs for repairs.
Identify problems using measurements and diagnostic tools.
Perform electrical troubleshooting using proper PPE and tools.
Document actions and parts usage in the computer system.
