Job summary
Pro Services Workforce Solutions is hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Fortune 500 corrugated packaging manufacturer in Arlington, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on a mostly newer line, with training on the first 45 days.
The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, electrical troubleshooting, and safety compliance, with weekends off rotation and a strong focus on keeping the corrugator running
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with ability to read prints.
- Drive experience and rigging with forklift; knowledge of steam systems.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office; OSHA familiarity.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across plant equipment.
- Maintain a full corrugator line and converting equipment and support machinery.
- Perform reactive, planned, proactive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Service bearings, shafts, seals, gearboxes, conveyors; rig heavy components with a forklift.
- Set up and calibrate machines; troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors using schematics.
- Assist with safety policies and lockout/tagout; PMs on 3rd shift; hand off to 1st shift.
